Tailored Footcare is a private podiatry practice operated by Amanda Scott, HCPC-registered chiropodist and podiatrist (HCPC: CH32392). Our practice address is 51 The Garstons, Great Bookham, Surrey KT23 3DT.

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following information:

Your first and last name
Your email address
Your telephone number (optional)
The treatment you are enquiring about (optional)
Any message you choose to send us

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

The information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange an appointment. We will not use your details for marketing purposes or share them with any third parties.

The legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to a contact request you have initiated.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

When you submit the contact form, your details are delivered to Amanda by email. The website itself does not store your personal data in a database.

Emails are retained in Amanda's inbox for up to 12 months and are then deleted. Patient clinical records (if you become a patient) are held separately in accordance with HCPC professional standards and are subject to their own retention periods.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses Google Fonts to display text. When the page loads, your browser may make a request to Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy applies to this. No other third-party services are used on this website.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used.
